Platinum Service Package ( Contract Development, Logistics, and Implementation of Event )
  • Unlimited consultation and meetings via phone, email, and in person (destination weddings do not apply)
  • Budget development and management
  • Recommending suitable Vendors (e.g. baker, caterer, florist, photographer, videographer, Musicians, etc.)
  • Assisting with selection and booking of ceremony and reception venues
  • Unlimited visits to vendors
  • Unlimited site(s) visits and final walk-through
  • Arrange vendor appointments and accompany you to vendors if applicable
  • Contract review and negotiation

  • Unlimited Consultation meetings via telephone and e-mails
  • Two (2) face-to face consultation with bride and groom to cover all details (i.e. design & décor, vendor duties, and time line of activities)
  • Create a comprehensive event itinerary for vendors and wedding party
  • Unlimited recommendations and or suggestions (i.e. creative ideas and etiquette)
  • Create and distribute itinerary to wedding party
  • Confirm contracts and arrival time with all vendors a week prior to wedding day
  • Double checking with bride and groom to ensure that all items needed for rehearsal and the wedding are accounted for and completed
  • On-site for wedding rehearsal and wedding day, to ensure a smooth event
